Hoër Volkskool’s high school tennis teams took to the courts on Wednesday, 5 August, for another day of Interschools action, with the boys’ teams putting in a strong performance.
The first boys’ team recorded an impressive 9–0 victory, while the second boys’ team also secured a hard-fought 5–4 win.
It was a tougher day for the girls’ teams, with both the first and second teams going down 0–9.
Despite the girls’ results, the two victories by the boys’ teams earned valuable points and provided a welcome boost to Hoër Volkskool’s overall Interschools score.
