Field Guiding Skills Programme at Camdeboo National Park

South African National Parks (SANParks) is offering an 18-month opportunity in conservation and tourism. You will learn about wildlife identification, conservation ethics, and guiding techniques. SANParks covers training expenses for learners required to attend training away from home (at least 4 months).

Here are the Details:

– Duration: 6 months training + 1 year fixed-term contract

– Location: Camdeboo National Park, Graaff-Reinet

– Stipend: R2,695/month

– Eligibility:

– Reside in Graaff-Reinet (or within 25 km radius)

– Under 35 years old

– South African Citizen

– Grade 12

– Clear criminal record

– Physically fit

– Not previously benefited from SANParks skills programmes
