Indaba Launches Community Voice Survey With R5,000 in Vouchers to Be Won

Date:

Indaba Community Newspaper has launched the nationwide Community Voice Survey to better understand how South Africans engage with local news and civic life.

The survey forms part of a baseline assessment aimed at measuring the long-term impact of Indaba’s community engagement programme. Organisers say broad public participation will help ensure the results are meaningful and representative of communities across the country.

Community members are encouraged to share the survey link on social media, websites and WhatsApp groups to help expand participation nationwide.

The survey initiative and voucher giveaway are sponsored and managed externally, and are not funded, administered or run by Indaba Community Newspaper.

As an incentive to participate, all completed survey entries will be entered into a lucky draw sponsored by the organisers, where 10 participants will each receive a R500 voucher — a total prize pool of R5,000.

The competition is open to all South African residents and closes on 31 May 2025. Winners will be selected and contacted by the organisers/sponsors and announced on the Indaba News – Indaba & Meer Podcast Facebook page. Terms and conditions apply.
